Lovely Cafe for the hospital, while a slightly limited selection they are a wonderful alternative to hospital food. Staff are always cheerful, and the atmosphere is always welcoming

I like to have coffee only from Jamaica even since I taste their coffee. Everytime, I order an extra hot mocha, I specifically told them extra hot because I liked it to have it slowly and hot. Twice I have been given warm(normal) even after I told them. It’s disappointing when you wanted hot and enjoy instead given a warm and I am told thats hot. Other Barista did gave me a hot one that could be slowly sipped and enjoyed. Need experienced barista.

My partner was discharged after an overnight stay operation at Knox Private and we had our 7 week old with us. Picking up some lunch and drinks the card payment system was down and we didn’t have cash on hand. Jarrod kindly offered us the lunch anyway and we are forever grateful. A warm end to our hospital stay with great service at Hudsons. The food was also quality.

My food was very nice, I had ordered a serve of the mushroom arancini balls & they were delicious. But I also ordered a coffee & a cake for “after” I asked that the coffee came with the cake. You guessed it the coffee & cake arrived first then very soon after the arancini came. Now who has coffee & cake first? I had to or the coffee would have gone cold. It spoilt what was otherwise a really nice meal. Next time I’ll be a bit smarter.

Forget going out to specialty coffee shops for ‘that’ coffee … I came here to visit my Mother-In-Law who’s sadly having an Open Heart Surgery and the coffee at Jamaica Blue at Knox Private Hospital blew me away - it’s the best coffee you will ever have which is 2nd to none.
